The NZ Super Fund is looking for a recruiter to help it replace its chief executive, Adrian Orr.
It wants to confirm an appointment by mid-May and has issued a request for proposals from "executive search services providers".
"The executive search provider will need to have the knowledge, expertise and experience to source high-calibre chief executive candidates with deep and demonstrable experience in the financial services sector, locally or internationally."
The firm used will be required to have an international office or international affiliated partner and have placed at least two chief executives in institutions with "similar pre-eminence and public profile" within the last three years.
