He is Craig Winterburn, and replaced Tony Dench who resigned after five years at the helm but stayed on until a rep[lacement was found.
Winterburn has been working within SHARE for more than two years and has had a lifetime career in the financial services industry.
He takes the reins of CEO on November 7.
The Board of SHARE/Newpark has issued a statement thanking Dench for his work.
His last day will be on November 4.
