Clynton is senior executive of New Zealand’s oldest trust company, Trustees Executors, which recently celebrated its 125th anniversary. During his time at Trustees Executors he has been involved in various, high-profile investor protection cases.
The TCA is a long-established voluntary association to which all statutory trustee corporations belong. The association acts as a vehicle for the protection of the investor by establishing standards for the industry, and maintaining relationships with government ministries, regulatory bodies and financial sector groups.
