Managing director David Carter said Asteron inteded to substantially increase its market share over the next three years.

Knight has been at Tower Life, where he worked in group risk sales.
He will be responsible for growing Asteron's group life business, maintaining strong relationships and contributing to the development of a competitive group life offer.
