ASB et al have cut fixed rates. The biggest are 50 basis points off its one and two year and 18 month rates.
One of the cool tools we have now is that we can compare lenders across the yield curve. We did this graph yesterday comparing home loan rates from five lenders. The results are interesting. See them here
