NZX has announced it has completed its purchase of wrap provider Apteryx.
It announced in June it was entering an agreement to purchase 100% of the company.
The purchase was completed on Friday.
NZX said the company provides investment advisers and providers with rich online functionality to manage, trade and administer portfolios.
It said it looked forward to driving growth in the business.
