Camelot is a financial planning group with more than $500 million under management. It offers investment, insurance and KiwiSaver advice.
Managing director Peter Cave confirmed Dodds had been appointed as its new compliance manager.
He said Camelot was in the process of applying for a class DIMS licence.
Dodds would help develop the quality of the adviser force’s advice process, he said.
Dodds is daughter of Fred Dodds, chief executive of the IFA.
Before Fidelity, Wellington-based Dodds was national manager of quality and compliance with TFAS and regional development manager of TOWER Investments.
