The Financial Markets Authority’s case against former Milford Asset Management portfolio manager Mark Warminger will be called at the Auckland High Court for timetabling orders to be made on November 13.
The FMA is taking a civil case against Warminger, claiming he manipulated markets with a small number of trades.
Warminger denies the allegations.
