Adam Boyd has been appointed as Executive General Manager Wealth and Insurance at ASB Bank.
Boyd has been with ASB since 1995 and is currently general manager Global Markets, Strategy and Product.
He replaces Nicholas Stanhope, who has been appointed chief executive officer of Sovereign.
