Sovereign has appointed Anna Schubert as its head of retail distribution.
She will focus on the insurer's sales department, supporting and growing adviser businesses, and launching the new loyalty programme, Ascend.
Schubert has more than 25 years' experience in the industry, 20 of them with Sovereign.
She has held many senior roles including head of SovNet and QFE, senior manager distribution development and regional manager adviser sales centre in recent years.
She played a key role in launching the Sovereign Women in Business sessions. in her spare time she is a patrol captain at Piha and regularly features on Piha Rescue.
