Home loans rates have continued to rise and are likely to continue their upward trend. Economists says that on the back of recent data the US Federal Reserve will certainly increase rates at its meeting next week. Whether that will translate directly into higher home loan rates will be something to watch.
Also Monday we have the latest REINZ housing data out.
