Property fraud accused jailed for breaching bail conditions
One of the men at the centre of the country's biggest property fraud busts has been jailed for breaching bail conditions.

Stirling was arrested on Thursday for breaching conditions of his bail. A bail application will be heard in Hamilton District Court today.
Yesterday, a retired Huntly pensioner who nearly lost his home through a bogus family trust had his day in court nearly two years on.
