Julia Jack was earlier Chief Marketing Officer at the electricity company Mercury. She earlier had 13 years with Vodafone.
Kiwibank says Jack's new role combines the bank's departments of Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing, and Customer Experience.
“This critical role will build trust and reputation with Kiwibank,” said Kiwibank's CEO Steve Jurkovich.
She will join Kiwibank on May 8. Her appointment is subject to normal RBNZ approval.
