Lucy Hawkes has joined Vincent Capital as a Relationship Manager working out of the firm's new Christchurch office.
Hawkes was formerly an associate business development manager with FMT and before that work in property finance at BNZ.
In total she has five years’ experience in both the bank and non-bank space, with a consistent focus on property finance.
"She has developed robust industry knowledge over this time, with a commitment to fostering relationships with clients and industry professionals," Vincent says in a LinkedIn posting.
"Lucy has funded a range of investment and development transactions throughout the country, with a particular focus on South Island residential developments."
Hawkes says in her profile she is, "Passionate about property!"
She is keen to help clients fund their next property development opportunity.
