Postage and packaging
The following postage and packaging charges will apply to all bookstore purchases effective from 1 April 2001:

These are fixed charges for one order no matter how many books you buy. Therefore if you buy three books on one day and have them delivered in New Zealand the cost will be $4.95.
The appropriate charge will be added to each order.
Any change in price will be posted on this page.
Delivery
Please provide a physical address so we can courier your books to you. Delivery will normally be 3-10 working days from order.
Your information
When you order books through Good Returns we collect certain information including, name address, phone number and credit card details. We do not sell or trade or share this information with anyone outside Good Returns and its parent company Tarawera Publishing Ltd.
From time to time we may send you a newsletter with information about new titles. If you do not want this newsletter you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from it.
Any problems
If you have any queries or problems using the Good Returns bookstore please contact us on 07-3456869. We are happy to replace any items that do not reach you in good condition.
