Thanks for listing your properties, or looking to list your properties on the Investment Gems section on Landlords.
As you may be aware, to launch the new section we have been offering a period whereby you can enjoy a free listing to trial the service.
During this time we have been undertaking feedback from users and as a result will be making some improvements to the section.
For example our main point of difference is the quality of our listings. All future listings will be required to meet a simple criteria process, to ensure the properties are of investment grade.
It’s not too late to include any additional properties before we resume the listing as a paid service on Landlords.
