Friday 20th February
Hi
It's been a big few days of news for property investors with government announcements about changes to the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Property Managers. One of the questions we are asking is what changes to you think the government should make to the RTA? Email your thoughts here.
Also we are keen to talk to investors who have built up a portfolio and are now living off the income alone. If this is you or you know of someone please let me know.
And to finish with we have a couple of Blogs since our last newsletter, don't forget to post your comments and feedback.
Have a great weekend.
Warm regards
The Landlord
