Editorial

Welcome to the latest Property News from http://property.goodreturns.co.nz - a sister site to the New Zealand Property Magazine.

As well as bringing you the latest property news from around the country as it breaks, the website will also contain some of the stories and information contained in the New Zealand Property Magazine. This will include columns such as Toolbox and features such as Regional Review so you can keep an electronic log for future reference.

At present we are working on the August issue of New Zealand Property Magazine. With a general election just around the corner, Parliamentary writer, Rob Hosking is getting the lowdown on the property policies of the main political parties. Our August cover story will give you, the property investor, the inside information on who is promising what as the country counts down to the 2005 general election.

Ian Reddington
