NZ Property Investor magazine
April 2009 Update

Hi

There are positive signs that the property market is picking up with home-building approvals rising 12% for the first time in three months, and one leading economist predicts a surge in population growth will have a positive impact on the housing market.

NZ Property Investor magazine continues to record strong retail sales, even though we are meant to be in a recession. Our final numbers for the January issue have just come through this week and sales are up 12.9% on the previous month. Initial sales data for the February issue indicate it will have out-sold the previous month.

April, with the 35 Places You Can Find Cash cover, goes on sale Monday. We are very pleased with the cover and are anticipating it will sell well too, especially as the magazine also includes a new offer for our Cash Flow Forecaster CD.

We also profile Tina Chan, a 24-year-old millionaire who started down the DIY investment path about a year ago, while still a full-time student with two part-time jobs.

If you would like your own copy please call me on 0800 345 675 to request your free sample magazine.

Coming up in the May issue the internationally best-selling author of the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki is coming to New Zealand with his new programme designed to transform financial futures. We have an inspirational interview with Robert prior to his upcoming visit in June.

We also have a short-term lets feature - are they cash cows? We talk to landlords employing this strategy and investigate whether they stack up as investments.

Our Day in the Life feature follows an active property investor, who is on a mission to inspire and empower people to achieve their wealth goals through property.

If you would like to promote your business or services within any of these features please call me to discuss availability.

Lastly we take an in-depth look at Hastings and the outlook for investors. Do you wish to raise your profile in front of this key audience of investors? We encourage regionally based clients to advertise their services, so why not contact me to to discuss availability?

To get more information about how you can use the NZ Property Investor to talk to a nationwide audience of property investors, please contact me either by email (sales@propertyinvestor.co.nz) or call 0800 345 675.

Warm regards
Amy
