NZ Property Investor magazine December 2009 Features Update

NZ Property Investor magazine
Hi

It's a great time to be in property investment.

New Zealanders are still optimistic about the state of the housing market, and rising net migration is contributing to strong housing demand
.

Growth in house sales through October increased rapidly, partially the result of higher quality houses being sold.

With the RBNZ in no hurry to lift the OCR, home loan interest rates at their current levels appear relatively affordable, particularly if your mortgage is on a floating rate.

All of this means investors are becoming more active.

The NZ Property Investor magazine is a great way to get independent advice and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the market. It also details important statistics including suburb by suburb rental reports. The December issue is on sale Monday 7th December.

What's coming up?
In January we look at how to write goals and business plans. This is essential reading for anyone maintaining their property portfolio as a business. Then why not call me to discuss advertising your services within this feature.

Are you a property manager looking for a low-cost and low-maintainence way of promoting your service to our readers? Click here to view our latest special offer, but hurry, regional placements are limited.

Investing in commercial property can be an intimidating prospect because the stakes are relatively high, but it also offers good rewards. In the first of a new series on commercial investing, we outline the pros and cons in Commercial 101. If you have commerical properties for sale or wish to raise your commerical profile why not book strategic and relevant advertising space to attract new clients? Call me on 07 349 1920 to check availability within this feature.

In January we also take an in-depth look at Whangarei and the outlook for investors. We offer 50% reduction on advertising rates in this section only, plus a unique opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge through the Investor Map Guide to Whangarei.

To advertise within these features or to get more information about how you can use the NZ Property Investor to talk to a nationwide audience of property investors, please contact me either by email (sales@propertyinvestor.co.nz) or call 07 349 1920.
