NZ Property Investor magazine

Hi

NZ Property Investor magazine
Coastal Property
The time could be ripe to pick a plum of a property near the water, from seaside sections to holiday
homes.
Find out where in the latest issue of
NZ Property Investor

The February issue is
on sale Monday 7th

Time off and a little summer sun seems to have elicited a more optimistic outlook for this year from several clients I met with recently in Auckland, most notably an uplift in enquiries across all areas of the property sector.

One client reported over 20 tenancy applications in the first 24 hours of listing a property for rent; traders and real state agents are commenting that auctions are the best way to buy investment property right now; and landlords are achieving up to $50 per week rental increases when tenants vacate.

Demand is heating up in Auckland. Thank you for all your feedback and feature ideas. Our Facebook page is growing rapidly and we always welcome your feedback on potential features you would like to see.

Planning is in progress for developing our Renovation features and we are actively seeking potential 'before-and-after' photos for illustration. This is a great potential opportunity to demonstrate your skills and raise brand awareness levels. Please contact me if you have any suggestions or clients we may contact.

2011 may be the year 'apps' take over but whilst this new media establishes a foothold and integrates with business we remain focused on developments online. If you have a website or are in the process of building one specifically aimed at helping property investors, please email me with more information or call 0274 303023.

Coming up in the March issue:
Its the end of the financial year and we lead with a tax update covering the recent LAQC changes and some advice on what to plan for this year. This feature is in high demand so don't delay if you want to book advertising space, deadline is Monday 14th.

We continue our series on alternative investing strategies; this month we investigate the pros and cons of investing in the USA. There is a lot of media hype surrounding this at present, some for and some against the concept of investing in distressed properties. We debunk some of the myths and help readers understand how to take advantage of this investment strategy.

In our regional review we focus the spotlight on Auckland's North Shore City where property investment opportunities are abundant due to new subdivisions and high tenant demand in this location. To take advantage of our competitive rates for this feature call me to discuss as deadlines are approaching.

To advertise within these features or to get more information about how you can use the NZ Property Investor to talk to a nationwide audience of property investors, please contact me by email or call 0274 303023 or 07 315 7221.

Best wishes
