NZ Property Investor magazineI huffed and I puffed, did I blow your house down?

Hi

NZ Property Investor magazine
June 2010
What does the Budget mean for property investors?

We look at how announcements will change strategies and impact on cash flow and also highlight grey areas which could contain hidden fish hooks.

The June issue is
on sale now

Big Bad Bill English puffed a lot of hot air over property investors' heads in the lead up to the May Budget.

Now that the tax-panic has passed and Bill has proven himself a sheep in wolf's clothing the property investment industry can focus on getting back on track.

Sellers are facing the harsh reality of lower and more realistic sale prices. Combined with the number of rising mortgagee sales investors with cash-flow or equity are finding some great opportunities available in the market.

What's coming up?
In the July issue we focus on how to dress your house to sell. How to make the best of what you have and how to create street-appeal. If you have products or services to help investors sell their properties then why not leverage off the feature coverage and book strategic advertising? Call me on 0274 303023 today to discuss.

The Unit Titles Act has been passed with submissions being sought on regulations to support the act. We investigate what the criteria for a long-term maintenance plan is likely to be under the new act and what property investors involved with body corporates need to be aware of.

We will have a budget update for readers, further analysis of the impact the changes will have. Plus our regular features on renovation and Commercial 101 continue.

The statistics section is filling up fast, remember we have limited spaces for regional avertising. Call me today to find out how low cost targeted advertising could help your business grow.

To round out, Wanganui comes under our microscope in our regional review. If you would like to generate more clients for your business in these areas why not take advantage of our half price rates for this feature? Call me today on 0274 303023.

To advertise within these features or to get more information about how you can use the NZ Property Investor to talk to a nationwide audience of property investors, please contact me either by email or call 0274 303023.

Warm regards
