NZ Property Investor magazine September 2009 Features Update

Hi

Welcome to your monthly features update for the NZ Property Investor magazine.

NZ Property Investor magazineOur lead feature in the September issue is an exclusive in-depth analysis of ANZ's property investor annual survey, and the results are intriguing.

We also review the new REINZ sale & purchase agreement, which has stirred up considerable controversy. So what's the real deal?

Our profile this month is a knock-out, from leaky homes to nearing bankruptcy on a development, this gutsy 26-year old has big plans for her future.

The September issue goes on sale Monday 7 September. If you would like your own copy please call me on 07 349 1920 to request your free sample magazine. If you have advertised within this issue your copy will be dispatched next week.

What's coming up?
We continue our Affordable Homes series in October focusing on Kitset homes and their affordability. Why not advertise your products and services within this series? Call me on 07 349 1920 to check availability.

We take a look at what has happened with rent levels over the past 12-month period, providing you the top 10 rental areas with the highest rents. We also rank the suburbs by rental growth and monitor any trends emerging. This feature was originally booked as the cover feature for September but it follows on naturally from the ANZ survey. If you are a property manager and wish to advertise within this cover feature, call me today.

We are working hard to re-launch a regular commercial section each month, and are actively seeking commercial experts who can contribute and support this section with both editorial and advertising. Do you have quality information and knowledge to share? Have you got case studies or useful checklists? Call me today to help us grow this section and develop your profile in front of our readers.

Are you a renovation specialist? Do you have products which are useful for DIY landlords? Do you have a Top Tip to share from your renovating experiences? We are compiling a booklet of Top 10 Tips for Adding Value when renovating properties. Advertising space is on a strictly limited first-come first-served basis. The booklet will be available November/December so don't delay if you wish to be a part of our nationwide campaign to help educate investors with renovations.

To advertise within these features or to get more information about how you can use the NZ Property Investor to talk to a nationwide audience of property investors, please contact me either by email (sales@propertyinvestor.co.nz) or call 07 349 1920.

Warm regards
