Fidelity Life has appointed Ross Walker (pictured) as Key Account Manager, to work closer with selected dealer groups.
Until recently, Walker ran Fidelity Life’s KiwiSaver sales operation, with tremendous success. In this role, he built Fidelity’s KiwiSaver sales platform, exceeding Fidelity’s targets in each of the last two years by well in excess of 100%.
“Most advisers want to grow their business and this is why we are moving Walker into his new role," Head of Distribution Roy Norris says. "He has demonstrated his ability to achieve results and to work with our key partners, alongside our business development managers.
“Our goal is to create stronger partnerships with clients, their advisers and with dealer groups. Walker’s appointment is part of our commitment to developing these partnerships, providing resources and support where there is commitment to superior service and lasting relationships,” Norris says.
Fidelity Life has appointed Nick Hau as Business Development Manager in the South Island to replace Tony Vidler. Hau has nearly four years with ACC is currently a business relationship manager.
He formerly spent three years with the Ministry of Social Development.
Norris says Fidelity decided to fill the role with some new talent outside of the immediate industry.
Hau will be responsible for some of Christchurch and the lower South Island.
“We are delighted to have Nick on board and I am confident that he will make a huge success of his area,” Norris says.
