To wrap up the end fo the year we thought we would find out where various industry figures have moved to. The second in the series if former IFA figure Joe Grayland.

Joe Grayland, the former Director, Member Learning and Development at the Institute of Financial Advisers Professional Services is now with the Professional Services Director at Master Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers.
His role there includes training and membership quality management. His LinkedIn profile says he is tasked with "the development and implementation of new and innovative processes for delivering products and services to members."
