AIA New Zealand announces new relationship role

A strategic review and focus on expanding AIA's distribution footprint in New Zealand in 2011 has seen a number of key relationships emerge in traditional adviser and partnership distribution.

AIA is pleased to formally announce the appointment of Anand Srinivasan to National Manager - Key Relationships, effective 1 December 2011.

"Anand has been with AIA since March 2006 and his appointment reflects his strong engagement with our distribution partners and the value he brings to them and his AIA colleagues" says Darrin Franks, AIA's Head of Distribution and Marketing.

Srinivasan brings over 16 years experience in the financial services industry to his role at AIA New Zealand. One of his passions is providing training to advisers on how to apply insurance to individual client needs. Anand was instrumental in developing the AIA ACC combined calculator, a prospecting tool that helps advisers to gain new business.
