Karl Moran, whose role effectively started on the February 13 , will be based in Fidelity Life's new Dunedin office.
Fidelity Life general manager of sales and marketing, Roy Norris, said, "Moran has extensive financial services experience, making him an excellent addition to the team."
Moran, a qualified chartered accountant and Authorised Financial Adviser, spent more than six years as group financial controller for Fortress Investment Group in the UK; and for the past year has successfully run his own business providing risk management advice on a wide range of life and health insurance products.
