He started with the firm in 2003 as a business development manager and has been corporate marketing manager since 2010.
Fidelity Life chief executive Milton Jennings said Mensah was well respected by advisers and staff.
“Peter has been an integral part of product development at Fidelity Life in recent years. His previous experience, extensive product knowledge and strong relationship with advisers will be an asset to the leadership and development of the sales team.”
He takes the position on April 30.
Paul Mason will be acting corporate marketing manager until the position is permanently filled.
