Adam Thompson has joined the team at RaboDirect as the Business Development associate for its Key Account Services (KAS) channel.
Thompson joins Michael Courtney in KAS, a move signalling RaboDirect’s commitment to financial advisers, businesses and platform providers.
RaboDirect NZ general manager, Melanie Templeton, expressed enthusiasm at the new appointment and the strengthening of the KAS team, stating “our savings specialist model offers a range of cash, term and PIE products well suited for the placement of clients’ funds, and our Key Accounts Services now makes this a smooth and easy to use channel for financial advisers, platform providers and businesses.”
Thompson previously worked for Public Trust as a Paraplanner. He will now be responsible for helping to grow RaboDirect’s Key Accounts business, maintaining existing relationships and contributing to the development of the savings and managed funds products on offer.
RaboDirect’s new Business and Finance Manager Hamish McKegg, (ex Westpac), will be responsible for the product and pricing offered to KAS clients, and will work with Courtney and Thompson on the strategic direction of this channel.
