This is a unique opportunity to support our client facing team within an innovative business that is experiencing significant growth. As a member of our client relationship team, you will play a key role in ongoing support and technical assistance to our adviser firms, through your knowledge of our online investment administration system. This is a diverse role and involves a variety of skills and responsibilities, including:
- Providing first line client support for phone, email and ticket queries
- Providing technical support on the use of Consilium products and services
- Supporting our Client Relationship Managers by ensuring client information is up to date.
- Gaining detailed knowledge in online investment administration systems
- Assisting financial advisors with queries
- Becoming a reliable point of contact and establishing rapport with our clients
- Liaising with external service providers to resolve issues.
- Gaining basic knowledge of tax, investments, and the regulatory environment in which we work
The successful candidate will ideally have a bachelor's degree (commerce preferable) and/or a minimum of 3 years in a professional business environment. While understanding our clients and industry will be beneficial, direct experience is not required. The key to your success in this role will be your:

- Confident working knowledge of Office
- Initiative, and curiosity to learn and find solutions
