FMA decision on Milford expected soon
The FMA says it is has completed its investigation into market manipulation claims against Milford Asset Management, and is nearing the end of its engagement with the parties involved.
An update is expected soon.
The allegations were brought to the FMA's attention at the end of last year however are taking much longer to conclude than expected.
In early April the FMA said: "We expect to conclude the final investigation steps in the next few weeks at which point we will continue our engagement with all the parties based on our findings. We hope to make a public announcement at that time or shortly thereafter."
