ASB puts a ring around a rate

I was going to try and think up a nice pun about ASB being"offical and exclusive bank for the NZ Olympic team" and its special five year fixed term home loan rate - after all there are five rings in the Olympic symbol - but I can't.

Instead we'll just note that ASB has chopped 51 basis points off its five-year rate to bring it down to 5.99%, but the rate requires 20% equity in the deal.<...
