Westpac rises

Westpac has increased its short-term fixed rates between 10 and 25 basis points. The biggest increase is to the six-month rate which rises to 5.75%. Next biggest increase is 15 points added onto the 18-month rate, while the 12-month rate goes to 5.95%.
