Ross liquidation continues

An application has now been ade to the High Court to liquidate companies in the Ross Group. A hearing will be held on December 17.
PricewaterhouseCoopers say no additional significant assets have been located. The latest value of assets identified as supporting investors' portfolios is $11.478 million.
The High Court has re-confirmed its ruling that the receivers can sell assets to cover their costs and fees.
