Statement of investor rights

I found this the other day, a Statement of Investor Rights, which has been devised by the CFA Institute.

It says professional advisers should provide it to clients "to show that you are committed to fundamental ethical principles. Let your clients know that they can trust you to provide the service they expect and deserve."
