Six Steps to Liberating Your Life from Paper
Thanks to a mouse, a keyboard, and thousands of hours of developmental time by AIA, the end of the ‘paper war’ is nigh.
Friday, September 13th 2002, 12:07PM
- Data is entered into
WinAIA as if a normal client quotation is being created.
- Once the quotation
has been discussed with a client and is deemed appropriate, you or your PA
can begin keying in data generally required from a client while eApp
begins transferring information from the quotation to the application.
- Information can be
filled in using the mouse and the keyboard. ONLY sections related to the selected solutions will
appear. ANYTHING filled in is
validated ‘real time’ so any error is instantly identified and can be
corrected.
- With literally the
click of a button, and after all information is complete, eApp securely
transmits the application to AIA.
- Once received, AIA
will do a quick validation of the information received and immediately
respond by generating and returning a unique Application Number.
- The ONLY paper that
needs to be involved, and signed, are the required Declaration and Direct
Debit Authorisation Forms—these can be faxed to AIA which, again, further
speeds up the process. These can
be faxed with originals posted to AIA.
