Publisher Philip Macalister says The New Zealand Property Mag is designed to help people make better decisions about their property investments.
“With the property market in a boom period it is important for investors to have good quality information to make informed decisions,” he says.
The magazine covers residential as well as commercial property, and includes columns on important areas such as tenancy management, tax and valuations and also has a broad range of important price and rental statistics.
Macalister says The New Zealand Property Mag differentiates itself from other magazines in the market as it is produced by professional journalists and publishers who are in the business of supplying objective information to readers.
”The New Zealand Property Mag isn't a marketing tool for a property related company.”
The mag is produced by Tarawera Publishing Ltd and edited by long-time property writer Bob Dey. Tarawera Publishing is a specialist publishing company that also produces websites Good Returns (www.goodreturns.co.nz) and Sharechat (www.sharechat.co.nz), and magazines ASSET, The NZ Mortgage Mag and Adviser.
Tarawera Publishing was a winner in the Rotorua business awards which were announced on Friday night. The company won the Media, Information Technology and Communications business award.
The first issue of The New Zealand Property Mag is on sale now. To obtain a copy either go to the Good Returns bookstore www.goodreturns.co.nz/books, call 0800-345675 or visit your local bookshops or newsagents.
