The Christchurch-based broker has repeated her success of the past two years by being named the winner of the award for settling the highest number of home loans in Mortgage Express in 2009/10 and the award for settling the highest dollar amount in the year too.
She was nominated for the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA) Broker of the Year award in 2003 and a finalist for the NZMBA’s Christchurch award a number of times.
Clydesdale has settled more than $325 million in home loans since joining Mortgage Express in 2002, with a large portion of her business resulting from Harcourts’ referrals.
Before joining Mortgage Express as a broker she was a personal assistant to Harcourts real estate agent Alison Carter. Before that she owned and operated a 24-hour service station following 12 years experience in numerous roles within a major bank.
