Business bought because baby born

Connect Mortgages is being sold as Tracey and Steve Munns step aside to look after their newborn baby.
Tracey Munns says she talked to a number of brokers about buying the business and has accepted an offer from Gary George, director of Think Mortgages.
George has more than 23 years experience in the finance industry ranging from New Zealand based Banks to overseas nationals and his roles have been varied from branch managerial positions of 18 staff, to managerial positions for special projects, to area manager positions.
He is the director of Think Mortgage Solutions and is jointly responsible for a current staff compliment of two brokers and one administration staff.
Munns will continue to work in George's team, but from a marketing, client education approach and on a part-time basis after she concludes her maternity leave.
