Kneale goes in Westpac restructure
A restructure at Westpac has seen the Director of Third Party Banking role disestablished and replaced with one which combines looking after advisers and the bank's mobile mortgage managers.

Colin Smith will be taking over from Kylie Kneale to lead Third Party Banking from September 21.
Smith's recent roles included Senior Area Manager Auckland South and Regional Manager Central Region, where he led high performing teams.
"As is Colin’s style, he is looking forward to getting out and meeting as many of you as possible over the next few weeks and seeing how we can continue to improve our service to you," Westpac Head of Market Segements and Third Party, Sharon Thompson says.
Kneale joined the bank after working with Visa in Australia. In her 18 months at Westpac she has developed a sustainable partnership with advisers through strong leadership, innvoation and investing in partnerships.
Amongst the changes she led are the reintroduction of trail commissions, online applications and changes to the way the bank worked with advisers.
She is leaving Westpac to take up the role of marketing manager at Xero.
