Loan Market settlements in it s recently completed financial year were 24% higher than the previous year reaching $2.53 billion. Chief executive Brian Greer says its advisers helped 1,365 customers secure finance during the year.
This was a 4% increase on the previous year.
This week the company opened its first collaborative working and client Hub in Ascot Park, Auckland. The Hub will give both advisers and clients a space to meet, learn and work.
"It’s a unique concept for the Loan Market brand, and is designed to be a destination for customers to achieve all their financial goals; whether that’s finance for a property, car, renovations and more, or support to protect clients future interests with asset, income and family protection," Greer says.
The Loan Market Hub will also act as a co-working space for advisers, where they can work alongside their peers without the pressures of owning their own office space. For advisers just starting out, the Hub will provide an ‘incubator’ environment, allowing them to kickstart their career under the guidance of seasoned professionals such as Loan Market’s Business Development Executive William Laban and top adviser Bruce Patten.
Advisers and their client relationship managers will also be provided with access to industry leading professional development and training events with a large multifunctional space and use the dedicated meeting spaces for client appointments.
“The Hub is a dynamic, inviting space for both advisers and clients,” said Brian Greer, Loan Market NZ CEO.
“It will provide advisers with the tools they need to deliver exceptional financial solutions to their clients, and provide the clients with a one-stop-shop for all their finance needs and goals,” said Mr Greer.
The central location in Ascot Park provides easy access for both advisers and customers, with plenty of parking. The hub has the added bonus for advisers of being located off the Southern motorway, provided up to 100,000 passing cars each day and delivering huge awareness for the brand.
There are already several top Loan Market professionals working in the Hub. Powerhouse Irene Zheng and her team of six advisers work from the 426sm space on their business which has achieved Chairman’s status - the highest accolade afforded to a Loan Market business.
There is room for up to another 12 advisers to book desk space, and the Hub is home to the corporate sales and adviser support staff of Loan Market and the wider NZ Financial Services Group (NZFSG) team.
“Quality of service is paramount for Loan Market - so an extensive training program is in place with up to three sessions per week. The new venue will provide plenty of space to host regular learning, training and development events for advisers,” said Mr Greer.
