Luke Jackson will head up Arrow Finance as its new chief executive.
Arrow Finance, which was incorporated August 2022, is a New Zealand based provider of short-term non-regulated property loans.
Jackson started this week and will be responsible for identifying markets, setting strategy, and driving growth.
Jackson said “he is excited to head up the New Zealand owned non-bank. Current market conditions provide great opportunities for those looking to transact in property."
"However, debt-to-income restrictions, along with the slowing economy, are going to make it challenging for some. Local non-bank finance providers will be a critical and growing segment in the market going forward.”
Arrow Finance founder, Tim Yeoman, says the company has ambitious goals. "Luke’s well-seasoned experience and market presence enables us to accelerate on these goals."
