Three new tools on Good Returns

The new Good Returns Research Centre
Tuesday 29th of September 2026

Good Returns was relaunched recently after a top to toe total renovation.

The refresh comes as the site approaches its 30th birthday - yes it's hard to believe the site was launched nearly three decades ago when most people knew little about this thing called the internet.

We've added lots of new features and I wanted to introduce you to three of them today.

1. RESEARCH CENTRE

We have added a Research Centre which hosts relevant White Papers and Research for advisers. It is designed to be a one-stop shop so you can find valuable information.

It has a number of categories; one of those is Insurance.

Recently we added an excellent paper from Mary-Ann Pratt called The Future of Private Health Insurance and the effect on Public HealthCare in NZ.

It is well-worth a read. Here is what Russell Hutchinson had to say about it.

We plan to add more papers soon. Also we welcome submissions. If you have some Research or a White Paper, please email it to editor@goodreturns.co.nz to be considered for inclusion.

2. EARN CPD CREDITS

With some articles on Good Returns you can record them in your CPD log after reading them.

This service is available to advisers who use Strategi's Radar service. All you need to do is click on the Radar logo which appears at the bottom of selected articles and in the top left of the page.

It is our plan to add other CPD log services to the site.

3. JOBS SECTION

We have added back into the site our popular Job Search section. This is designed specifically for the financial services sector.

If you are looking to recruit you can simply post a job using this form. We will review it and then take it live.

During this launch period the service is free. Towards the end of the year it will move to a paid service of $150 plus GST per placement.
