This comprehensive program consists of three distinct days that can be taken in any combination, either in one continuous package or as individual. Aligning Strategic asset management plans with physical asset objectives is a critical success factor in driving organisations, and improving management of the Asset class of resource. Gaining leadership support and aligning organisational culture is vital to the successful implementation of any asset management plan. Assets generate enormous volumes of information over their lifetime and it is up to the organisation to manage, record and use this data properly in order to increase major step-changes in efficiency. Managing risk, prioritising investment and maintaining reliable and comprehensive data is an imperative part to an asset managers day-day responsibility. Effective asset management strategies require that both physical and non-physical assets are holistically managed and operated. The objective is to provide an efficient and effective active service so as to meet the assets service delivery requirements at the lowest long-run cost.
