Closing the Gaps
18 May 2015
This workshop (4 structured hours), plus online content available via Radar' is designed to enable AFAs to meet their AFA obligations relating to Code Standards 14 and 15. Much has changed since the introduction of the Financial Advisers Act 2008 and the original level 5 qualification. Today, financial advisers need to have the competence, knowledge, and skill to meet the new Code of Professional Conduct for AFAs, newly introduced legislation and regulation, plus understand and implement the FMA’s expectations outlined in their numerous guidance notes. All of this is contained in the new level 5 qualification (New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services level 5). Code Standards 14 and 15 require all AFAs to ensure they are meeting the content of this new qualification. This first workshop is timed to complement the PortfolioConstruction Forum Conference, and is subject to the special introductory pricing below. Places are limited (the venue can only take 60 attendees) so book now.
