Applying the Six Step Advice Process and complying with your legislative, regulatory and fiduciary obligations. This is the new benchmark for providing compliant advice. Assessment is via submission of a portfolio of evidence submitted online that is the subject of a competency interview/discussion between an adviser and an assessor.
