Financial Markets Law Conference

The New Zealand financial market has been revolutionised with the Financial Markets Conducts Act.  Under the new regime investors should stand to benefit from a transparent fair and more accessible financial market.  The main objective of the law changes was to build investor confidence and facilitate innovative accessible platforms to increase economic growth for New Zealand businesses.

This years Financial Markets Law Conference has been created with the market participants in mind.  It's time to hear what the market players' experience has been in the new regulatory landscape.
