The Mortgage Lending for New Advisers Course is a three-day course which can be completed as part of working toward the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services. This course is conjointly delivered between Financial Advice New Zealand and Professional IQ College (PIQ) to provide students with the training and assessment requirements of the NZQA accredited Residential Property Lending Strand of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services, Level 5.
