PAA Mortgage Lending for New Advisers Course

Our Mortgage Lending for New Advisers Course is a three-day course which needs to be completed as part of working toward the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services.
This course has been jointly developed between Professional Advisers Association (PAA) and Professional IQ College (PIQ) to provide students with the training and assessments of the NZQA accredited Mortgage Strand of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services. The course includes NZQA accredited Mortgage Strand training and business and specialist lending, plus business development management provided by the PAA. As well as attending the three-days course, you will be required to complete 4 unit standard assessments to receive the Mortgage Advice Module Certificate.
The practical format prepares advisers for their regulatory requirements; how to work with lenders; meeting client needs and the practicalities of running a mortgage advice business. The course also incorporates feedback from the industry and has received strong support from both adviser dealer groups and lenders.
