PAA Mortgage Lending for New Advisers Refresher Workshop

This workshop is suitable both established and new mortgage advisers, with over three months practical experience. The focus of the workshop is the primary legislative obligations for mortgage advisers, including the Responsible Lending Code, and how advisers can ensure they meet their obligations. In addition, the workshop will cover best practice documents to ensure advisers can demonstrate establishing suitability and providing their client's sufficient information to make an informed decision.
